There were an electric kettle, a personal safe, and an air conditioning in my double room. Amazing services were available. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost. The location was stunning and perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Hakuundo Chaen.

the location easy to spot from the funicular station was decent and easy for us. we had a family room and it included a dining area and a sofa.

The rooms are well-equipped and reasonably large with stylish- traditional japanese decorations, so that guests have essentials.

Overall it was impressive and absolutely fabulous with bathtubs. They provided plenty of delicious choices for breakfast that was included. The location was great and lovely and the services were exceptional!

A relaxing hotel, great facilities, and very very helpful staff. Huge luxury rooms with a bath on the terrace, a splendid view plus bathroom. Exceptionally nice and easy location, 10 minutes' walk to Hakone Museum of Art. Greatly enjoyed very enjoyable area.
Beds were a bit hard.

The location was nice and stunning - near to the far-away mountains, the public transport and all the tourist spots by bus. It also was to look at the garden when sitting in.

Fairly clean hotel with stunning location in Hakone adjacent to town center, a train stop in Hakone, and Lake Ashi. Neat room plus central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Many things to like: big bed, OUTSTANDING food, excellent staff.

Our room with a private bath on the balcony was simply amazing. The traditional Japanese feel created a peaceful atmosphere. The onsen was clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with the cable car just a 1-minute walk away. our experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Yutorelo-An for a peaceful getaway and it was perfect. The room they gave me brought tears of gratitude and happiness, with a beautiful terrace and hot spring. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making my stay even better. The location and views were stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. The ryokan had a personal touch that made it feel like paradise. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
